Tirthan, an Offbeat and a tranquil destination offers an adventure-centric getaway blessed with a wealth of nature’s treasures. Tirthan valley, perched at an altitude of 3500 feet is a calm and quiet place along the Tirthan river (tributary of Beas river), in the Kullu District of Himachal. It offers ample opportunities for hiking, bird watching and water activities at untouched places. Serolsar Lake, an another attraction is a high altitude lake which offers a pleasant walk through the pristine oak and pine forest. Camping in alpine tents will be an experience for the first time trekkers. 

The second leg of the Tour will get us close to Naggar with a stay at most beautiful Sonaugi, a place that is blessed with a stunning location. Built in typical and traditional Himachali style that includes use of lot of wood and stones, our stay is amidst Deodar trees and Orchard. Beautiful walks, visit to Naggar Castle and day visit to Manali would be highlights of this leg of ecotour.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi - Aut - Tirthan | 470 kms | 10 hours Drive
Reach Delhi. Travel overnight to Aut. 

Day 2 : Aut - Tirthan | 1 hour drive
Reach Aut in the morning. Proceed by non-AC chartered vehicle to Tirthan. 
Walk to the waterfall in the evening, a small orientation trek that will take you to the waterfall through a beautiful Pine forest. Return by evening.
Overnight at Tirthan. 

Day 3 : Tirthan | Chahini Kothi | Tirthan | 4-5 hours trek
This trek through the greens take us to the a tall and unique standing structure in a village called as Jibhi. The structure provided a vantage point for safeguarding the village, served as a storage structure to sustain through chilly winters and as a place of worship. Spend some time admiring the structure, interact with villagers and start the walk back. 
Post lunch indulge in water activities. 
Overnight at Tirthan. 

Day 4 : Tirthan - Jalori Pass - Serolsar Lake | 2 hours drive | 3-3.5 hours / 4-5 kms trek
Post breakfast, we leave for Serolsar Lake trek. A drive of 2 hours will take us to Jalori Pass, a high mountain pass at an elevation of 10,800 ft. which is the start point of the trek.
Its a very beautiful walk through alpine vegetation and beautiful views. Lunch next to the lake. 
Pitch up our alpine tents and have a great camping experience. The evening will be chilly and bonfire under starry sky will be memorable. 
Overnight camping at Serolsar Lake.

Day 5 : Serolsar Lake - Jalori Pass - Naggar - Sonaugi | 3-3.5 hours trek | 4 hrs drive / 102 kms
Enjoy a glorious view in the morning. Pack up the camping setup and head back to Jalori Pass. 
Proceed to Sonaugi. 
See Naggar Castle and Roerich Art Gallery at Naggar.
Rest of the day at leisure. 
Overnight at Sonaugi. 

Day 6 : Sonaugi - Jana Village - Sonaugi 
Walk of 3 hours one-way to the village of Jana. Jana is the biggest village in Kullu District and has many homes that are built in traditional Himachal style. We will enjoy a local lunch at Maniram Dhaba, next to a waterfall. Else, our vehicle will bring you back to the Resort.
We return late in the afternoon. 
Rest of the day at leisure. 
Overnight at Sonaugi. 

Day 7 : Sonaugi - Nashala Village - Sonaugi - Manali 
Walk of 3 hours through the Deodar trees and small villages will bring us to a village of Nashala. We board our vehicle to come back to our Resort. 
Post lunch, check out and proceed to Manali. (1 hour drive)
Timer permitting, Hadimba Temple and Mall Road in Manali. 
Travel overnight to New Delhi.

Day 8 : Delhi
Reach Delhi. Time to say goodbye to your fellow trekkers till we meet again to share the images and memories of your time spent in the mighty Himalayas.
