This is an exceptionally beautiful, summer high-altitude trek. Beginning at Shuru,  the trek twists through lavish green valleys, high-altitude meadows and dazzling landscapes. Keeping you company, are the pinnacles of the region - Muker-bay, Shiker-bay, Ladakhi, Friendship, Indrasan, Inderkilla and Hanuman Tibba. For the shutterbugs, the trek provides a perfect opportunity to click beautiful scapes. Leaving the Manali valley, the trek continues through evergreen cool timberlands of pecan, oak and the occasional alder, offering excellent views of the entire Kullu valley along the trail. Once at the Bhrigu Lake (13,895 ft.), another fabulous scene of pinnacles shows up, however this time in the distinct upper valley. The valley also offers views of some gushing cascades and various lakes (Mountain tarn) on this trek.

    Day 1 : Fly to Delhi airport - Delhi Local Sightseeing - Proceed to Manali
    Flight to Delhi. Post lunch, visit the popular attractions in Delhi till evening. Proceed to Manali in the late evening by AC Volvo coach. Dinner enroute. Overnight bus journey to Manali.

    Day 2 : Reach Manali - Ice breaking session 
    Reach base camp at Shuru village in Manali. Get introduced to fellow campers and participate in an orientation session in the evening. Overnight stay at the Shuru base camp.

    Day 3 : Acclimatization Trek (7,200 ft. To 7,400 ft.) Trek time : 1.5 hours
    Start with your first acclimatization trek in the early morning, to a meadow amidst the silver fir. The trek ascends through a forest comprising of blue pine, cedar, oak and fir. The acclimatization trek is to check one’s physical stamina and get used to the altitude and climate. The route is dotted with lush green landscapes and stunning Himalayan flora and fauna, that will keep you mesmerised throughout the journey. Return to the base camp for lunch. 

    We follow the principle of ‘Go Higher, Sleep Lower’ in mountaineering terms, which is the best way for acclimatizing to the Himalayan climate. The day concludes with piping hot dinner. Overnight stay at the Shuru base camp.

    Day 4 : Base Camp: Shuru – Camp 1: Gulaba (10,498 ft.) trek via Kothi village Trek time:  04 hours
    Post breakfast, transfer to Kothi village which is a drive of one hour. Kothi is situated at the foothills of Rohtang pass and lies at an altitude of 8,200 ft. This splendid village offers magnificent views of snow capped mountains, glaciers and of the Beas River that flows through a very deep and narrow gorge at this point.
    Today’s trek route will be through dense forest of Silver fir trees. Trek route is uphill climb all the way up to Gulaba, offering magnificent views of Solang and Manali valley. In the evening explore the region around Gulaba campsite.
    Dinner and overnight stay at Gulaba campsite.

    Day 5 : Camp 1: Gulaba – Camp 2: Raurikhauri (11,480 ft.) Trek time: 04 hours.
    Early morning wake up call, followed by a fun session of warm-up exercises. Post breakfast, trek up to camp 2 at Raurikhauri. Lunch and rest. In the evening, bond with your new friends as you engage in a series of fun team building activities. Dinner and overnight stay at Raurikhauri campsite.

    Day 6 : Camp 2: Raurikhauri – Bhrigu Lake (13,894 ft.) and Camp 3:  Deo-Dugh (10,499 ft.) Trek time: 6 hours
    Wake-up call followed by warm up exercises. Post breakfast start trek to Bhrigu lake, keeping you company on today’s trail are stalwarts like Indrasen, Deo Tibba and Hanuman Tibba. One can also enjoy panoramic views of the Pir Pinjal and Dhauladhar ranges.  

    Climb steadily, to reach the picturesque Bhrigu lake set between two high altitude ridges. After enjoying the beautiful views of the lake, retrace your way to Camp 3 at Deo Dugh. Dinner and overnight stay at Deo Dugh campsite.

    Day 7 : Camp 3: Deo- Dugh – Kulang Village - Base Camp: Shuru. Trek time: 6 hours
    Early morning wake-up call. Warm-up exercises followed by breakfast. Descend to Kulang Village with a stop for lunch enroute. Reach Kulang village and  transfer to base camp at Shuru. Dinner and overnight stay at Shuru.

    Day 8 : Shopping at Manali Mall  Road - Depart for Delhi
    Wake-up call, followed by breakfast. Spend the morning at your leisure. Post lunch, head out for a shopping spree to the colourful markets on Manali Mall road. Late afternoon, leave for Delhi by AC Volvo coach. Overnight bus journey to Delhi.

    Day 9 : Arrival at Delhi - Return journey by flight
    Early morning arrival in Delhi and transfer to Delhi airport. Return journey by flight.
