Overview

This is a challenge created in the backcountry setting to find the inner survivor in you. Learn essential skills needed to survive in the wilderness which also help hone your day to day performance in the frontcountry. Activities like Tent Pitching, Navigation Challenge, Campfire Cooking, Nature Trail, will keep you on your toes throughout the day! Outdoor experts will illuminate the way towards thriving in the outdoors with sessions on shelter, fire, hazards as well as team building activities.

Itinerary

Day 1: 

1600 hrs : Arrival at destination, followed by welcome drinks/ hi tea.

1630 hrs: Introductions & campsite orientation. 

1700 hrs: Team formation and presentation.

1730 hrs: Practical session on tent pitching and shelter.

1830 hrs: Assemble on a session of Team building activities. 

1930 hrs: Cook and feast on your own dinner in teams campsite style.

2100 hrs: Assemble for star gazing session (depending on weather)

2130 hrs: Retire for the day in self pitched tents.

 

Day 2:

0600 hrs: Early wakeup followed by hot drinks.

0630 hrs: Head into the wilderness for a nature trail/ trek using navigation skills. 

0800 hrs: Return to the campsite for breakfast.

0900 hrs: Assemble for a session on ropes and knots.

1030 hrs: Learn basic wilderness first aid skills like lifts and carries.

1130 hrs: Wrap up campsite, and compete in a navigational treasure hunt.

1300 hrs: Lunch, followed by departure from campsite.
