Starting with a trek to Deoriatal which takes us through Rhododendron forests, while we enjoy camping in the lush-green surroundings of Chopta. Explore the grandeur of the Himalayas as we visit the ‘mini Switzerland of India’ as Chopta is popularly known as. The Chandrashila peak offers a panoramic 360 - degrees view of some of the famous Himalayan peaks including Nanda Devi, Trishul, Chaukhamba and Kedar Peak. The hike to Chandrashila also gives you a chance to play in the snow! Some heart-pumping action awaits you in Jayalgarh while rafting on the Alaknanda river.     Day 1 : Fly to Delhi airport and proceed to Haridwar
    Late evening flight to Delhi. Proceed to Haridwar by a chartered AC bus.
    Overnight bus journey to Haridwar.

    Day 2 : Haridwar to Chopta (7,710 Ft.)
    Early morning arrival at Haridwar. Drive along the Ganges and the Alaknanda river to reach Chopta. Breakfast and lunch enroute. Reach Chopta campsite by evening. Ice - breaking and orientation session in the evening.
    Overnight stay at Chopta campsite.

    Day 3 : Chopta - Deoriatal Trek (8,000 Ft.)  - Chopta
    Post breakfast, leave for trek to Deoriatal. Deoriatal is a beautiful lake located at an altitude of 8,000 ft., with captivating forests and mountains all around. The famous Chaukhamba peak creates a mesmerizing picture as it reflects in the calm, crystal - clear waters of Deoriatal. Introduction session of navigation skills and the importance of planning a route before setting off on a trek. Return to Chopta by evening. Overnight stay at Chopta campsite.

    Day 4 : Chopta - Trek to Tungnath (12,075 Ft.) and Chandrashila peak (13,000 Ft.) - Chopta 
    Post breakfast, leave for Tungnath - Chandrashila trek. Walk through golden–hued meadows to reach Tungnath temple, the highest Shiva temple in the world. Continue to Chandrashila peak (13,000 ft.) through Rhododendron trees. Enroute you may encounter many Himalayan birds including the Himalayan Monal. Chopta is characterised by green carpets of meadows that seem to stretch on endlessly. Overnight stay at Chopta campsite.

    Day 5 : Chopta - Jayalgarh - Riverside camping and water based activities
    Wake-up call, followed by breakfast. Drive to the Jayalgarh campsite. Reach Jayalgarh by lunch and stay in tents along the picturesque Alaknanda river. Get your adrenaline pumping with an evening session of exciting water-based activities like duckie ride (inflatable kayak), cliff jumping and swimming in the Alaknanda river under the watchful eyes of qualified instructors. Overnight stay at Jayalgarh campsite.

    Day 6 : Rafting on Alaknanda river - Haridwar
    Post breakfast, it is time to enjoy the thrill of white water rafting on the Alaknanda river. Get your cameras and adventure gear ready as you experience the rush of excitement while river rafting. Proceed to Haridwar after lunch. Reach Haridwar by dinner time. Overnight bus journey to Delhi.

    Day 7 : Arrival at Delhi - Return journey by flight
    Early morning arrival in Delhi and transfer to Delhi airport. Return journey by flight.

We have a standing ratio of no more than 10 : 1 (Participants : Instructor), to ensure complete safety and comfort of our participants. All our team members undertake refresher course at regular intervals and have hands-on experience in dealing with various situations.

    Lady Instructor or Girl Volunteer:
