The Everest Base Camp Trek is a world-famous Himalayan adventure that leads you deep into Nepal’s legendary Khumbu region, combining dramatic mountain landscapes, authentic Sherpa culture, and an unforgettable high-altitude trekking experience. The journey begins in Kathmandu and continues with a scenic mountain flight to Lukla, the gateway to Everest, followed by a gradual trek through charming villages such as Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, and Lobuche. Along the trail, trekkers cross thrilling suspension bridges, walk through lush rhododendron forests, explore ancient monasteries, and enjoy warm hospitality while staying in traditional Himalayan teahouses.
The ultimate highlight of the trek is reaching Everest Base Camp (5,364 m), where climbers prepare for their ascent of the world’s highest peak, followed by an early-morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,555 m) for breathtaking sunrise views of Mount Everest and surrounding Himalayan giants such as Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. With well-planned acclimatization days, a carefully paced route, and stunning scenery at every step, this trek offers a safe, rewarding, and once-in-a-lifetime journey to the base of Mount Everest before returning to Kathmandu for relaxation, sightseeing, and cultural exploration.
Note: Meals are not included in the package cost. Food options along the Everest Base Camp trail are limited, with similar menus and flavors throughout the journey. To give participants the freedom to choose meals according to their taste and avoid monotony, we prefer to keep meals flexible. Please also note that food prices in the mountains are comparatively higher due to transportation and altitude-related costs.
