Tadoba Wildlife Safari Package – BYOG (Bring Your Own Group)

A customised safari for the smart, value-conscious traveller — your own jeep, vehicle, and dates, at a clearly structured, budget-friendly price.

The idea: Bring Your Own Group. Share the fixed vehicle and permit costs with your circle — more people, less per person.

Every SmartGroup includes:

  • 1 Private AC Innova for Nagpur–Tadoba–Nagpur transfers
  • 1 Private Jeep for all safaris

Travel as a Duo (2 travellers) — maximum privacy, shared between two.
Travel as a Tribe (up to 6 travellers) — same fixed costs, split further, so per-person cost drops.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Evening Safari

  • Pick-up: Arrive at Nagpur by 10 AM. Your private AC Innova awaits.

  • Drive: Scenic drive to the reserve (approx 3-4 hours depending on the park).

  • Check-in: Settle into your clean, comfortable AC room.

  • Safari 1: Post-lunch, hop into your Private Gypsy. Since it's your jeep, you decide how long to wait at a watering hole!

  • Evening: Dinner included at the resort.

Day 2: Morning & Evening Safari

  • Safari 2: Early morning game drive. The best time for tiger sightings.

  • Leisure: Return for breakfast. Relax at the resort (No expensive pool/spa add-ons, just pure nature).

  • Safari 3: Afternoon safari. Explore a different zone of the forest.

  • Evening: Share stories over dinner.

Day 3: Final Safari & Drop

  • Safari 4: One last morning drive to spot what you missed.

  • Check-out: Fresh breakfast and check-out by 11:30 AM.

  • Drop: Your Innova drops you back at Nagpur Airport/Station by 5 PM.

  • 4 Jeep Safaris in a private jeep.
  • All safari entry permits and expert guide fees.

What is NOT included in the tour

  • Travel to and from Nagpur (Airfare/Train).
  • Personal expenses (Laundry, room service, extra beverages, etc.).
  • Tips for drivers, guides, and hotel staff.
  • Camera fees (as per forest department rules).
  • 5% GST.

Important Booking Information

  • BYOG Only: These rates apply exclusively to Bring Your Own Group bookings. We do not match individuals with other groups.
  • Safari Zones: Package costs are based on Buffer Zone safaris. Core Zone upgrades are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Plan Ahead: We strongly recommend booking 3 months in advance to secure the best zones and avoid "Premium/Tatkal" permit surcharges.
  • Availability: All permits and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of actual payment.
  • Travel Timing: To complete all 4 safaris, please arrive in Nagpur by 10:00 AM (Day 1) and depart after 5:00 PM (Day 3).

  1. Fill the Seats: Convince friends or family to join. Filling all 6 seats in the Innova guarantees you the lowest possible rate.
  2. Weekday Advantage: If your schedule allows, choose weekdays. The jungle is quieter, and permits are often more available.
  3. Early Bird Gets the Tiger: Booking early doesn't just save money; it ensures you get the most promising safari tracks before they sell out.
