As a Foliage Outdoors volunteer, you’ll be:

Volunteer Roles at Foliage Outdoors
- Trip Support Assistant
- Support experienced leaders during camps, treks, and tours
- Assist with group supervision, activity coordination, and logistics
- Help ensure participant safety and smooth program operations
- Nature & Conservation Educator
- Participate in clean-ups, trail maintenance, and plantation efforts
- Educate participants about local ecosystems and sustainable practices
- Outdoor Activity Facilitator (relevant certifications/experience preferred)
- Assist with rock climbing, rappelling, and rope courses under supervision
- Help participants build skills and confidence in a safe environment
- Content & Media Contributor
- Capture photos and videos to showcase the Foliage experience
- Share stories, write blogs, or create social media content.

Time Commitment & Process
Volunteering opportunities with Foliage Outdoors range from single-day events to multi-day camps and treks, allowing you to choose assignments that suit your interests and availability.
Training Comes First:
Once shortlisted, you’ll begin with a structured training journey that includes:
- Online learning modules to build foundational knowledge.
- Offline workshops for hands-on preparation.
- On-the-job training alongside our experienced team in real program settings.
This training equips you with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to assist — and eventually lead — outdoor experiences. Our primary focus is to invest in your growth as a capable volunteer.
