Overview

Hornbill Festival - called the 'Festival of Festivals' is a Naga cultural spectacle held every year in Nagaland during the first week of December. All the ethnic groups of Nagaland take part in this festival. The aim of the festival is to revive and protect the rich culture of Nagaland and display its extravaganza and traditions. For visitors, it means a closer understanding of the people and culture of Nagaland.  Nestled in the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas, Manipur is considered the Gateway to South East Asia. The serene beauty of the state leaves every traveler spellbound. Least touched and least discovered, the state is a promising tourist destination for tourists and nature lovers alike. The Loktak Lake is the largest freshwater lake in Northeast India. This iconic lake is famed for its unique floating swamps, known as 'Phumdis', and the world’s only floating National park, the Keibul Lamjao. The park is the last natural refuge of the critically endangered Sangai aka Brow-antlered Deer. Join us as we explore these less explored Jewels of Northeast India!
