Nagaland is a spectacular, culturally rich state in Northeast India, famed for its 18 distinct indigenous tribes, pristine landscapes, and vibrant celebrations known as the “Land of Festivals” Kaziranga National Park is situated in the floodplains of the river Brahmaputra and is known for its three big mammals, Indian Rhinoceros, Wild Water Buffalo and Asian Elephant. Other speciality mammals of Kaziranga are Swamp Deer and Hoolock Gibbon. During our stay we will be visiting various ranges of the park, so that different habitats in the park – grasslands, marshes, jheels and forests are well covered. Meghalaya, the "Abode of Clouds," is celebrated for its lush landscapes, living root bridges, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant indigenous culture. The best time to visit is from November to March for clear skies.

Day 1: Assemble at Dimapur and Proceed to Kohima
Meet & greet upon arrival at Dimapur Airport (DMU) and then transfer to Kohima (approx 3 hrs drive). Upon arrival at Kohima, check in to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight at Kohima.

Day 2: Excursion to Khonoma Village (5317 Ft / 1621 Mts, 25 Kms / 01 to 1 ½ Hrs drive approx)
After breakfast, an excursion to Khonoma Village, which lies 21 kms away from Kohima town, the Khonoma village is the first “green village” of Nagaland. The village is well known for the legendary leader Angami Zapu Phizo, who was the founder of the Naga movement. After lunch, visit The Kohima War Cemetery, constructed in memory of the officers and soldiers who made supreme sacrifices during World War II. The war cemetery attracts hundreds of visitors every year, including the relatives of those martyrs. Maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, the cemetery has more than 2000 graves, and on each grave, there are beautiful epitaphs carved in bronze. “When You Go Home, Tell Them Of Us And Say, For Your Tomorrow, We Gave Our Today”. Day 3: Kisama (4737 Ft / 1444 Mts, 12 Kms / 01 Hr drive)
This morning we will be taken to the Hornbill festival in Kisama Heritage Village, where we will spend the rest of the day witnessing folk songs, dances and locals wearing colourful traditional attire. We can also visit shops and pick up souvenirs as a memento. Lunch at the festival, where we will taste some local cuisine of Nagaland. We will also proceed to visit Phesama village on our way back to Kohima, followed by an overnight stay.

Day 4: Proceed to Kaziranga National Park (197 Ft/ 60 Mts, 250 Kms / 06 to 07 Hrs drive approx)
After breakfast, check out and drive to Kaziranga. Reach Kaziranga and check into the hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 5: Morning and Evening Safaris at Kaziranga National Park

Day 7: Shillong (5002 Ft / 1525 Mts, 280 Kms / 07 to 08 Hrs drive approx)
After an early breakfast, check out and proceed to Shillong. En route, visit Umium Lake (also known as Barapani Lake), a majestic, placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. Shillong is also known as ‘The Scotland of the East’ is the capital city of Meghalaya. Dinner and Overnight Stay at Shillong.

Day 8: Cherrapunjee (4690Ft / 1430 Mts, 60 Kms / 02 to 03 Hrs drive approx. one-way)
After early breakfast and checkout from the hotel, go for a day excursion to Cherrapunjee – the wettest place on earth. At Cherrapunjee, visit Arwah Cave & Mawsmai Caves, Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Waterfalls. Check in and overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Mawlynnong (Approx one hour) & Guwahati (1148 Ft / 350 Mts, 175 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs drive approx)
After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Mawlynnong. Today we will explore Mawlynnong - The Cleanest Village in Asia, and also visit the spectacular Single living Root Bridge. Transfer to Guwahati Airport (GAU) for onward connection.
