The campsite is set up in a picturesque meadow surrounded by pine, cedar, oak, and fir forests and offers views of the Indrasan, Inderkilla, Pha Konda, and Hanuman Tibba peaks. Itinerary

Day 1 : Fly to Delhi airport - Proceed to Manali
Flight to Delhi. Proceed to Manali by AC Volvo coach. Dinner enroute.
Overnight bus journey to Manali.

Day 2 : Reach Manali - Acclimatization Trek
Reach base camp at Shuru village in Manali. Freshen-up after allocation of tents, followed by breakfast. Introduction of activities and an orientation session to get acquainted with the beautiful landscapes of the mesmerising Himalayan foothills, followed by lunch. Post lunch, go for an acclimatisation walk around the campsite to take in and adjust to the climate and striking surroundings. Overnight stay at the base camp.

Day 3 : Trek to Higher Camp 
Early morning wake-up call, followed by a round of warm-up exercises which are necessary to prepare the body for the day’s activities. Gear up for a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Enjoy an easy-paced trek to the higher camp (1.5 hours trek). Upon reaching the higher camp, tents will be allocated. Get into the spirit of outdoor camping by learning to pitch your tents. Lunch and rest. The evening session of fun-filled group games to develop team bonding and coordination skills. Overnight stay at a higher camp.

Day 4 : Adventure activities at Higher Camp
The most exciting and adventure-packed day of the camp! Experience the thrill of various adventure activities like rappelling, commando net, valley crossing, multi-vine, etc., under expert supervision. Set your inner adventure enthusiast free as you zip down those rocks and across the valley! Overnight stay at higher camp.

Day 5 : Group Activities on Higher Camp
Post breakfast, go for a small trek to explore the higher stretches of the Himalayas. Return to the higher camp for lunch. Indulge in a series of fast-paced group games and activities after lunch. The evening session is all about honing your outdoor cooking skills. Get ready for your very own MasterChef challenge! Overnight stay at higher camp.

Day 6 : Visit to Snow Point - Play in the snow
Early morning wake-up call. Return to base camp for breakfast. Post breakfast, set out for Snow Point. Have an epic time playing in the snow, rolling snowballs and even building a snowman! There’s even time for a snow-fight or two! Return to base camp for lunch and rest. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at base camp.

Day 7 : Shopping at Manali Mall  Road - Depart for Delhi|
Wake-up call followed by breakfast. Morning at leisure. Post lunch, go on a shopping spree to the colourful markets on Manali Mall road. Late afternoon, leave for Delhi by AC Volvo coach. Overnight bus journey to Delhi.

Day 8 : Arrival at Delhi - Return journey by flight
Early morning arrival in Delhi and transfer to Delhi airport. Return journey by flight.

  • Delhi - Manali - Delhi travel by AC Volvo coach.
  • Food charges for the entire duration of camp.
    (except anything bought at the airport by the campers)
  • Accommodation in tents at base camp and higher campsite on a multiple sharing basis.
    (Separate tents for boys and girls).

  • Charges for air travel up to and from Delhi.
  • Mineral water bottle / cold drinks / beverages during journey or at the campsite.
